Accuracy and accountability

Every claim on this site traces to a public source.

Every fact on this site has a citation, and the citation links to a primary source: news outlets (CBC, CTV, Globe and Mail, CHEK News, PressProgress), Indigenous-leadership organisations (UBCIC, BC Assembly of First Nations, Métis Nation BC), Wikipedia (sourced to Hansard and contemporaneous reporting), or Ms Brodie’s own public statements.

Quoted statements are reproduced verbatim. The full source directory is on the main page.

If you see something on this site that is inaccurate — a misquote, a wrong date, a stale claim — please email recallbrodie@gmail.com and we will correct it.

Privacy and your data

How your information is handled.

This site collects information only when you submit a form — for example, when you ask a canvasser to visit, request a lawn sign, or volunteer. We do not track you across pages, run advertising pixels, or share data with third parties for marketing.

What we collect when you submit a form

  • Your name, email, and phone (for the campaign to contact you about your request)
  • Your address — only when you have requested a lawn sign or a home visit, where it is needed for delivery or scheduling
  • Optional fields you choose to fill in (skills, hours available, best time to visit)
  • Whether you have ticked the optional “Keep me in the loop” box for general campaign updates — a separate, optional consent, unchecked by default

Where your data goes

Form submissions are stored in Qomon, the campaign’s contact-management system. The credential used to write to Qomon is held server-side; your browser never connects to Qomon directly. The submission is also auto-tagged so the campaign can find your record and respond.

How long we keep it

Submission data is retained for the duration of the recall campaign, which ends after Elections BC verifies signatures — up to 42 days after the 20 July 2026 petition deadline, so until approximately the end of September 2026. After the campaign concludes, retained data is reviewed and disposed of in line with Elections BC and BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) standards.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email recallbrodie@gmail.com and we will respond within seven days.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses only Cloudflare’s strictly-necessary cookies, which are required for the site to function. No analytics cookies. No advertising pixels. No third-party tracking.

If you change your mind about updates

If you ticked the “Keep me in the loop” box on a form and later prefer not to hear from the campaign, email recallbrodie@gmail.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject line and we will remove you. All campaign communication ends after 20 July 2026 regardless.
