Financial Donation Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you meet the donor requirements in the terms and conditions outlined below for Elections BC campaign finance rules.

Recall campaign donations in British Columbia are not tax deductible. No tax receipt will be issued.

Only eligible individuals may donate (no organizations) and the maximum individual donation for 2026 is $1,513.29.

To make a financial donation to the Recall Dallas Brodie Campaign in compliance with Elections BC, you must provide your full name and address.

Eligible individuals:  

1. A resident of B.C.
2. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
3. Confirm and consent to the sponsor or authorized participant using your contribution for the recall campaign.

We are able to accept E-Transfer or credit card donations.
